We are MSG
Founded by military and defense industry veterans with more than 15 decades of combined experience across the gamut of the defense world. From operational/tactical employment to design and development of next generation equipment and capabilities; from prototype creation to full production of mature products; and from the development of a need to the creation and deployment of a full solution, the MSGs founders came together while working on the $40 Billion MRAP program and this was the basis for the creation of the partnership that led to the founding of MSG. We have specific, in-depth expertise in DoD requirements, management processes, and players, as well as Subject Matter Expertise in both deliberate and emergent acquisition processes.

MSG incorporated as a Delaware Corporation
DEC 2015
MSG acquires Marshall Communications Corp, an Ashburn, VA based provider of SATCOM products and services as well as IT sales and services to the Federal Government
MAR 2016
MSG incorporates Sidecar Enterprises, Inc in Charleston, SC as a minority owned entity to provide spare parts and logistics services
FEB 2017
MSG acquires a controlling interest in Blue Jay Products—a producer of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) in Charleston, SC
MAY 2017
MSG acquires Morgan-6, a Charleston, SC based software services business and immediately spins it out as a second minority owned entity
SEP 2017
MSG acquires Surveillance & Cyber-Security Solutions (SCSS)—a Maryland based provider of cybersecurity services to DOD activities
NOV 2017
MSG breaks ground on construction of its new North Charleston headquarters facility
DEC 2018
MSG divests of its interests in Morgan-6
JUN 2019
MSG occupies its new North Charleston headquarters
